QRJI is a product of Deburise Solutions ("QRJI", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at [email protected]. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the QRJI website and application, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted) when you register.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Content you create: the QR codes, barcodes and their destinations you generate.
- Scan analytics: when someone scans your dynamic code we record aggregate data such as time, approximate location (city level), device type and operating system. We do not identify individual scanners.
- Usage & device data: basic logs, IP address and browser type to keep the service secure and working.
How we use your information
We use your data to provide and improve QRJI, process payments, show you your scan analytics, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, and send you essential service messages. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences and understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Sharing your information
We share data only with service providers who help us run QRJI, for example payment processors, hosting and analytics providers — and only as far as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
Children
QRJI is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app.
