These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QRJI. QRJI is a product of Deburise Solutions ("QRJI", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at [email protected]. By creating an account or using QRJI, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use QRJI.
The plan & payment
QRJI is offered on a single subscription plan billed monthly ($1 / ₹99) or yearly ($10 / ₹999). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices and features may change, but any change to your active subscription price will be communicated in advance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRJI to create codes that link to or promote anything illegal, malicious, deceptive, infringing or harmful, including malware, phishing, fraud, spam or content that violates others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own the codes and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display and serve your dynamic codes and analytics. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, links or material you use.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features or, with notice, discontinue parts of the service.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
QRJI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deburise Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using QRJI anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Static codes you have already downloaded remain yours; dynamic codes require an active subscription to keep redirecting.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Deburise Solutions' place of business. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.
