7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. This applies to your initial monthly or yearly purchase.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Refund". We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or provider).
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date from your dashboard; cancelling is instant and one click. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable beyond the 7-day window, but if you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll make it right.
Annual plans
The 7-day guarantee also covers annual plans from the date of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you keep access for the full year you paid for.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, for example repeatedly subscribing and refunding, or violations of our Terms of Service.
